These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the receipt of text messages from Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Health Center ("Caldwell Wholistic," "we," "us," or "our").
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Caldwell Wholistic, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. SMS Program Description
Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Health Center may use text messaging to communicate with patients and individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receive SMS communications. Messages may include appointment reminders, appointment-related notifications, patient communications, follow-ups, and other information related to services provided by Caldwell Wholistic.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or receiving healthcare services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with Caldwell Wholistic and the type of communications for which you have opted in.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to text messages you send or receive. Caldwell Wholistic is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Caldwell Wholistic.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you voluntarily opt in again.

For help or support, reply HELP to any text message from Caldwell Wholistic.

6. Supported Carriers

You may only provide a mobile phone number and opt in to SMS communications if you are authorized to use that number. By opting in, you confirm that you have permission to provide the mobile number and consent to receive the applicable text messages from Caldwell Wholistic.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
