These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the receipt of text messages from Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Inc.("Caldwell Wholistic," "we," "us," or "our").
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Caldwell Wholistic, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
1. SMS Program Description
Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Health Center may use text messages to communicate with patients and individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receive them. These messages may include appointment reminders, appointment-related notifications, patient communications, follow-ups, and other information related to the services provided by Caldwell Wholistic.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or receiving healthcare services.

Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with Caldwell Wholistic and the type of communications to which you have subscribed.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates for text messages you send or receive. Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Inc. is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Caldwell Wholistic.
After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been canceled. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you voluntarily opt in again.

For help or assistance, reply HELP to any text message from Caldwell Wholistic.

6. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging services are supported by participating mobile carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and other factors beyond our control.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility Requirements and Consent
You may only provide a mobile phone number and subscribe to SMS communications if you are authorized to use that number. By subscribing, you confirm that you have permission to provide the mobile phone number and consent to receive the applicable text messages from Caldwell Wholistic & Chiropractic Inc.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SMS subscription data, mobile phone numbers, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
